Sefton

Located in the heart of Clayfield the original home was a typical mid war Queenslander that had minor touch ups over the years. The clients objectives were to create a modern family home while keeping the traditional character and integrity of the original house. The result is a modern and traditional mixture of design with the emphasis on modern Queensland living.

The original Queenslander home was renovated by a previous owner. A new extension was required for the growing family and an open plan living area was added and design to replicate the original home. Vaulted ceilings with and large doors and windows create an inviting light and airy living area.

Payne

Located in Indooroopilly, this original Queenslander has undergone an extensive renovation. The home remains a modest size with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with living and kitchen areas on the first floor. The house was raised to accommodate a garage with storage and a 4th bedroom/granny flat on the ground floor. The result is a beautifully finished modest renovated family home.

Wood

Located in Kedron, this pre-war Queenslander underwent a complete transformation. Living, kitchen and dining areas are located on the ground floor overlooking the back yard. Four bedrooms, master suite, rumpus room and study are located on the first floor.

Stain

Located in the northern Brisbane suburb of Windsor the clients brief was to create a family home that had a mixture of traditional and modern living and character. The main living areas are located at the rear of the home on the second floor with additional space and bedrooms on the ground floor. The home showcases what can be achieved with careful planning and design to create a modern and traditional mix to create an outstanding family home.

Admirality

Located in Lawnton on the outskirts of Brisbane, the development consists of 4, 2 level, 3 bed townhouses. The site was tight, however, with a Development Approval from Moreton Bay Regional Council and a design that used all the available space, the clients brief was met.

Seventh Ave

The triangle block provided to be an interesting design challenge . The Queenslander had to remain in the current location and the home was raised to accommodate bedrooms on the ground floor. A modern extension was added to the rear of the home to compliment the existing structure.
Renovation

Evelyn

Located in The Grange, the original pre-war Victorian home was renovated to become the kid's bedroom wing. A new 2 level extension was added to the rear with unique side access with an internal courtyard. A new kitchen and living area is located on the ground floor with a master bedroom and study on the first level.
